Really Powerful

Open the Door: A Journey to the True Self by Joyce Rupp is probably one of those books I will be reading and rereading for a long time.  It's a book that will have different meanings and impact at different times in one's life, so it will always be new.  Our Sunday School class began reading this but I found it too personal, too painful to discuss in Sunday School, so I have only gone twice since we started it!  Isn't that terrible?  I mean, if one can't be exposed in Sunday School, where can one!  Especially at the church I attend.  A pretty amazing place.  And the people in SS are wonderful, so accepting and caring. But it was just too hard.  A door can be a powerful metaphor for many things. Great book and I look forward to reading it again.
