What's Going On Here?
There are SO MANY wonderful book review blogs out there and I can't compete with them, that is for sure. So this is not a book review blog. This is just a way for me to organize what I have read so that I can be better at matching the right book to the right person. The blog title comes from the brilliant mind of the most talented woman who ever lived, Ms. Judy Garland. The full quote is, "Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of someone else." That is what I hope to do here and in ever aspect of my life.

Not Hatched
For some reason I keep calling Thumped, Hatched. I guess because of the egg on the cover and all. Thumped is the sequel to Bumped. That's right, SEQUEL. The end. Not the second in a trilogy, but a sequel! The conclusion. I do love a good long series, I love a love a trilogy, but it sure was nice to read this and know that it would come to a conclusion, and in this case, it was a satisfying one. It is weird, as Rachel pointed out on the review of Bumped, that with all of its massively advanced technology, there isn't a successful way to do artificial insemination, but still, I loved these books, even more after finishing the second. I love the questions of faith that the book brings up, I love the characters, just the whole thing.
