What's Going On Here?

There are SO MANY wonderful book review blogs out there and I can't compete with them, that is for sure. So this is not a book review blog. This is just a way for me to organize what I have read so that I can be better at matching the right book to the right person. The blog title comes from the brilliant mind of the most talented woman who ever lived, Ms. Judy Garland. The full quote is, "Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of someone else." That is what I hope to do here and in ever aspect of my life.

Nervous

So tomorrow I am supposed to go to Washington, DC because the place where I work won a big award.  The thing is, the award really is because of the whole community in which I work and my boss and co-workers and stuff, so I feel weird going, but I am very thankful for the opportunity!
We are taking the Megabus, which I have seen a lot, but have never taken.  I remember my grandma, my dad's mom, and I always used to laugh about Mega Ice Cream.  Now I see that something called Mega Ice Cream is made by Nestle, so I don't think it is the same.  But back then, Mega was kinda like the generic ice cream.  I need to google more...hang on.  Na.  I guess not everything in the world is on the internet!  Oh well!
Anyway, nervous about going on the megabus.  Have to leave at 5:50 am!  That is super early for a person who is not a morning person!
Ugh.  I am scared!
