What's Going On Here?

There are SO MANY wonderful book review blogs out there and I can't compete with them, that is for sure. So this is not a book review blog. This is just a way for me to organize what I have read so that I can be better at matching the right book to the right person. The blog title comes from the brilliant mind of the most talented woman who ever lived, Ms. Judy Garland. The full quote is, "Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of someone else." That is what I hope to do here and in ever aspect of my life.

The Election is Over

It has actually been over for a day or so, but I haven't written about it.  I was so surprised to see all of the Hate Obama stuff on Facebook.  I don't have many rich friends on Facebook, but I have Facebook friends who supported Romney.  Like I said, I don't know how anyone could vote for a ticket with a man on it, Ryan, who voted in favor of cutting benefits to veterans.  If you don't support our veterans, wow, I just don't know...
So our President Obama, who is supported by veterans and labor, and me, gets another four years.  God bless America!
