Flirting with Maybe was a sweet little novella, part of the
HarperTEEN Impulse ebook deal that intros authors to folks in a quick way. I know I will want to read
Wendy Higgins now, so it did its job on me. Great marketing idea. This little story is about Ryan, who is fifteen when he meets seventeen year old Brooke and falls in love with her. Their age difference is a big one- in high school years, since she is the older one, but some how they still have that connection. Sweet little story. Though I found the warnings against eating disorders a little heavy handed.
