What's Going On Here?

There are SO MANY wonderful book review blogs out there and I can't compete with them, that is for sure. So this is not a book review blog. This is just a way for me to organize what I have read so that I can be better at matching the right book to the right person. The blog title comes from the brilliant mind of the most talented woman who ever lived, Ms. Judy Garland. The full quote is, "Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of someone else." That is what I hope to do here and in ever aspect of my life.

Class Update

So a bit ago I posted that I was taking a class online.  I guess that from the image I posted here, you can see that I didn't finish and I won't.  I can't say that all Universal Class classes are bad.  I will try a different one, but man...this was just wasn't good.  I loved learning about the Vietnam War and I am still learning on my own, but I had asked the teacher a few questions and the answers I got were not even close to addressing my questions.  It was pretty sad.  So I lost interest.  I can't say though that I was ripped off, I mean it was free.  But I do feel sad, because I was so excited about it at first!
