Joyce Meyer saying that we all have the same amount of time in a day, we just choose to spend it differently. When I became a morning person I realized that I could get so much more done.
What the Most Successful People Do before Breakfast was a very good book, but most especially for people who are going to try become a morning person. For me it just backed up what I have already learned to enjoy.
