I just have to post this now before it comes true, so that I have proof that "I told you so!"
In the future (probably within the next 5 years) I believe that UPMC will go into the funeral/death arrangement business. This way the billion dollar "non profit" will be able to make money no matter what happens! Can you hear it now, the violins playing in the background, a shot of a pregnant woman getting prenatal care, "Your parents trusted us with your care before you were born. Now your loved ones can allow us to care for you when your earthly life is over."
It will happen!
