Okay. First the sad news. My friend Phoebe wrote to Lauren Myracle (she has a new website by the way)! And Myracle is so cool, she wrote back! So that isn't bad news. But Phee asked her if she was going to write anymore in the Winnie Years series and Myracle said no, probably not. I am so sad. But she did say that she is going start a new series, so that is happy! I wonder what happens to Winnie. I mean, we call can imagine that Margaret ends up in jail or an on the loose serial killer. But Winnie? What will happen to her? Now on to the review...
TTFN is the second in the Internet Girls Series. Like I said about the first, I'm not totally in love with the format, but the story is great and girls are interesting and their characters are fully developed. In TTFN, one of the girls is forced to move to California because of her father's job. Another of the girls finds true love and another takes a walk on the wild side.
What's Going On Here?
There are SO MANY wonderful book review blogs out there and I can't compete with them, that is for sure. So this is not a book review blog. This is just a way for me to organize what I have read so that I can be better at matching the right book to the right person. The blog title comes from the brilliant mind of the most talented woman who ever lived, Ms. Judy Garland. The full quote is, "Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of someone else." That is what I hope to do here and in ever aspect of my life.
